2011 Major Production Announced!

SOCPAT has decided upon its major production for 2011. This year our theatrical old scholars will tackle all 3 parts of Jonathan Rand's Check Please.

This production will be directed by Matthew Parsons ('09), who starred in SOCPAT's The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon as the eccentric Narrator 2. It will be produced by SOCPAT's President, Thomas Goodall ('08).

Cast requirements and Audition information will be up shortly! If you're here on the site again soon, then do come by and check please.

The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon (Fringe season)

The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon is a hilarious attempt to perform all 209 fairytales of the Brothers Grimm in one show. And, just for fun, link all the tales together so they connect into one giant mega super-story.

It might sound complicated, but to ensure that the audience can follow the story, the performers promise that at the end of the night, they will re-perform the entire evening’s show in a 2-minute lightning round recap.
With narrators who break the rules, and actors who like telling the stories their way, can these performers pull off this spectacular feat, or is it just fantasy?
