It's just 18 days until season 2011-12 kicks off. Can you please let me know if you are not available for the first game on Saturday 8 October.

Pre-season training started back on the 7th of August and to the guys that have been out, well done. Those who train will get greater consideration during selection than those that do not.

Just a reminder that we have a 'white shirt' and 'no boardshort' policy at training. Let's make an effort to train hard and with purpose so that we can take a good attitude in on match day. We play for fun but it's a hell of a lot more fun when you win! While I'm on the bandwagon about 'dress code', can we all make an effort to wear OSCA playing gear, i.e. Cap, playing shirt, jumper and training shirt. This will make us look like a 'united' club and will also put some money back into the club.

We only have five more sessions before the first game so let's get out to training and work hard towards being well prepared for two wins on 8 October.
